Ok Ok Ok i drank my last beer this weekend (for a while anyhow), some people started a w8 club here at work (sounds like we are a bunch of old woman who gossip and only talking about losing weight) (ohh yes we are)
I joined in ... i need to lose some fat cause i HATE to be chubby.
Rules of the club is
1. Once a month we step on the scale to note down eventual progress or eventual glutteny, and then we laugh and point fingers on those not able to lose weight (the support group acts like this at my workplace)
2. Week before vacation starts we should have lost the weight we had set as an goal and now its time to confirm or point fingers and Booo those who wasent able to do that. (man thing)
And those are the only rules we have i guess.
I have always struggled with weight, i was fat, skinny chubby, fat skinny chubby... now i am chubby (due to my wifes pregnancy) HONEST !.
And during vacation i tend to gain w8, due to me not doing the same amount "workouts" as i get from the job, and i eat more due to me not going to work (i tend to eat when i am bored, thats why i hate me being a cook).
My goal is to lose 13 kilos in 5 months or so and that shouldent be a problem, iv done it so many times before i should be used to it *sighs*
I will now tell you a secret ....
Before (some years ago ) i was a Supervisor in Herbalife cult !! Man i even set a new record back then in Earning most money my first month of working with it so on one of the meetings we had i had to step up on the podium and talk to people on how they could make money....
That sucked, i quitted my job and was "going all in" with the Herba sales (same job Nexus was still at i must say) . I shouldent have done that i must admit, cause as soon as i did that the Fun and joy of selling this shit vanished, and i worked night and day, and eventually i was down at 70 kilos (stress and just feeling bad ) but atleast i was skinny
Herbs work i must say cause i love the product but i hate to sell it
I am an eater i like to eat stuff .. not give /sell it away.
I wont tell you how much i weigh now but i think its to much !
So my food will be this
Cottage Cheese, Eggs, Beef meat, chicken, cottage cheese, nutt´s (and bolts) Veggies (alot) Fruit ALOT
Try to stay away from carbonhydrates (uhhh how do i spell that) Suger and other "quick fixes foo" and concentrate on Proteins and vitamins and such.
I will take an Before and an After picture (not nude, lithiana and afghan and Hefaistios )
The key to succsess is to let EVERYONE know what you are doing so you HAVE to lose that weight, and its even better when you have co workers that will Stalk you if you fail.
Well thats it for now one day i even get to see my penis again ?
