Sounds like a proteine diet. You loose weight pretty fast but the important moment is stabilisation. If you don't stabnilize on long term, you're back to start in a few days Smile

Believe me, been there done that! Look like an elephant now :-/

POUNDS are a measure of weight.

The logical system is based on the length of a kings foot and his daily bowel movement or whatever it is.
