[Deleted Internal Affairs Forum] What is this forum about?

People have often asked me for somewhere where they can discuss stuff more privately, hence this forum. It is only accessible to CLOWNs and Students of CLOWN so more... sensitive stuff can be discussed here. I doubt it will be used much however as the more sensitive stuff usually concerns other CLOWNs, in my experience.

Any feedback and comments appreciated.

"Clown Hall" is the title of the forum.
"[Deleted Internal Affairs Forum] What is this forum about" is the title of the topic.
This is a post.

I.e. there was a similar thingy to Clown Hall called "Internal Affairs" which is now deleted. Clear yet?
