Well I think I already told it, WOW will be my last MMORPG. Why? Simply because it eats time and that I have a near to zero self discipline when it comes to levelling.

But I'm definitively a gamer. So I thought about buying a new console. Got the Xbox and PS, and checked the new generation. Anyone of you has one of the new toy? I'm trying to get some info on the PS3 and on the XBOX360. Found a quite cool article on it here but your input would be better.

Can't wait to hear from you guys. Maybe some are playing online with that too?

Here is a site about PS3:

www.us.playstation.com/PS3/About

PS3 is my personal favorite. But it's damn expensive Sad

And here is some info on XBOX 360:

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xbox_360

Hope you find it useful Razz

WII is indeed something I think about. Seems like my wife could have a blast with that too. Heard so many good things about it that I might get that one first.

To give you an idea of how good Wii is:

My girfriend has been over to a couple of her friends houses for the weekend to have a Wii party. I'm sure they spend at least half the time moaning about men - but hey... I got the weekend to drink beer and go out with the guys for a night on the tiles Very Happy

Ok so I actually spent the weekend playing WoW... but shhhhh!

I got a Wii.

I must admit, its the best thing i ever played....When you are with a group of people...

Alone, its not much fun. Nintendo games are aimed as fun games, with groups of people. Nothing beats playing tennis with 4 people on Wii.

Other then when i got friends over, i hardly ever play on the Wii.

A Wii would be great fun for party games, but I managed to not waste money on it yet.

I did get myself a 360, but motsly only use it for the Media Center atm.

Imo the quality of the games so far has been low.
Im a RPG fan myself, so had some great fun with Oblivion and Im waiting for Mass Effect.

The ps3 price has just been sky high, at least here in norway so thats not an option at all for me.

The thing is, ps3 is great if you get a new tv and home-set with it to.
never seen anything better than that.

Mate, you almost convinced me!!! Becvause she already asks often "should we play that quizz game again?" (on PS2). Next step is: would I dare offering her a wii for her birthday this friday??? Twisted Evil
