Finally getting ready to leave this nuthouse. I felt like giving you a good excample of what it is to work here

Company: The Belgian Post
Employee A: Contract base employee - Developer. Comes in dressed like a decent man
Employee B: State named employee - Tester. Comes in dressed like a guy that just escaped a nuthouse (but nothing in the company rules says he can't so he just does it)

Both are sitting side to side, just in front of me... Imagine A behind his screen, his PM just came to say that some new things should be ready for the release, so he's totally in his code. Imagine B spinning on his chair, looking in the air, or going to the coffee machine with a power supply cable around his neck (don't ask me why). Suddenly B decides to socialise with A. Here it comes.

B: Don't you think it stinks here?
A: No... (continues working)
B: I do think it stinks
A: ...
B: Because I still stink from yesterday
A: ... (continues working though you see he is slowly getting nervous)
B: I also help the commune outside of working hours, and I had to work in the sewers yesterday. It stinks in there, you can't imagine!
A: ...
B: So I was really smelling bad. And though I took 3 showers I still have that ugly smell on me. This is why it stinks...
A: ... (you can see that the guy really wonders on what planet he landed)
B: So don't you smeel it?
A: Well... Euuuuh...
B: Don't you think I stink?
A: Well... Euuuh... Kind of yes... You do have a strange smell (the guy would probably agree with anything B says, provided he would just SHUT UP)
B: You can't say that I stink! It's a serious misbehavior considering the company rules! I will report this to the HR department!
A: ... (returns to his code, red as a tomatoe and having huge difficulties not punching B).

Fun above all: B has raised multiple official complains, that have been backed up by the unions

Ade'll sort you out a couple of USB fans that you can give to A so that he can point them towards B.... failing that I suggest you wire B's chair to a low current, high voltage supply - ever time he looks like he's about to cause trouble.... tickle him

My view on this matter:

B: I came back for u and only u! (*lying is a fulltime hobby of mine)
